About KFK ultimate
The best way to discover ultimate is to step onto the field and experience it for yourself. Whether you are completely new to the sport or looking for a team in Copenhagen, you are welcome to join a training session. Never heard about Ultimate Frisbee? No worries, we’ve got you!
Ultimate Frisbee is a fast-paced team sport that combines the movement of football, the positioning of basketball, and the flow of rugby, all played with a flying disc.
The goal is simple: work together to move the disc up the field and score by catching it in the end zone.
One thing that makes Ultimate unique is the spiritof the game. Players referee themselves, creating a culture built on respect, fairness, and communication. The result is a sport that is competitive, energetic and genuinely fun to play.
Best of all, you do not need any experience to get started. If you can run, throw (or want to learn to), and enjoy being part of a team, you already have everything you need.
